The Asador Sutan was born from the union between the Txapartegi brothers of the Alameda Restaurant and the father and sons of Rekalde from Bodega Hiruzta. Two Bidasoa families that for generations have combined the respect and practice of local cuisine with the know-how and love for txakoli; gastronomic and wine. Tradition mixed in perfect harmony.
The cuisine of Sutan is local and seasonal: vegetables from the nearby farmhouses, local fish, mushrooms, meats, cheeses … taken directly to the grill and paired with our Txakoli. It is the way of being and feeling the Bidasoa Kitchen.
17 hectares of vineyards surround the restaurant; a space designed for all lovers of gastronomy where the grill and seasonal produce are the protagonists.
